I have set up my account with Paycheck works, and it still shows as having an unavailable or $0 balance?
You can check the status of your account by logging into your account and following these steps:
- Go to My Account Summary
You can check the status of your eligibility by looking at the status
Under Review - We are reviewing your information to determine your eligibility {hyperlink to eligibility article}. This can take up to one business day.
Approved - You have been assigned a Spending Allowance in accordance with your company policy.
Not Eligible - You are not eligible based on the policy established with your company. If you believe this to be in error, please contact us.
On-Hold - There is a problem with your account please contact us.
