First - check your order status by logging into your account. If the order does not show complete then the order is still at the warehouse awaiting shipment
Second - give the tracking app a day or two to be updated by our shipping providers
If after a day or two you don't see an update - make sure you contact us! Most shipments leave the warehouse in 2-3 business days so if your order has not shipped, we may be experiencing a delay.
Please note that we do not offer expedited or express shipping for any item at this time. Also, some carriers require a signature upon delivery.
