You have 30 minutes to make changes to certain information on new orders submitted during regular business hours. Changes to orders submitted after hours must be received before 9 am the next business day.
Contact Customer Service via Chat below, Email or Phone (844)729-7678 as soon as possible and provide the required information below:
- Order Number
- Item name (for each item to be canceled)
- Quantity (if multiple items ordered)
- If your order has shipped via UPS/FedEx, we will be happy to request that your order be returned to our fulfillment center. However, there is no guarantee that we will be able to reroute your order
- If your order has shipped via the United States Postal Service, no changes will be possible
- You may also refuse the shipment at the time of delivery
